The 27-year-old will receive his 41st cap as a Newcastle player, breaking the record of Alf McMichael who amassed 40 caps for Northern Ireland between 1949 and 1963.
A proud Given told the Evening Chronicle: "To win your 50th cap for your country at the same time as becoming your club's most capped player is a massive honour.
"It's going to be a big night for me even thought it's just a friendly.
"I'm still only 27 and it's about this age when goalkeepers come into their prime, so I'm happy that the best is still to come as far as I am concerned."
