Then your children will be next"

St. James Park is our history and our future. We cannot tolerate a name change. This is for Lisa and others who have their ashes scattered at our beloved St. James Park. This is for our children and the future of Newcastle United FC that we pass on to them.

SHE WILL REST FOREVER IN THE PLACE SHE LOVED BEST

Tragic mum Lisa Knox’s ashes were scattered at her beloved St James’s Park.

With her family dressed in black and white, Lisa remains were gently placed on the pitch at her cherished Gallowgate end.

Toon-mad Lisa died suddenly from pneumonia three days after complaining of breathing problems on December 26.

The seemingly healthy 30-year-old was singing and chanting from the stands as Newcastle United played at Wigan on Boxing Day, with no clue of what lay ahead.

Her death left the son she adored, Robert, 11, without a mum.

After scattering Lisa’s ashes at traditional kick-off time of 3pm, her mum Carol described her as a wonderful daughter and mum.

“This is what Lisa would have wanted,” the 52-year-old said.

“She lived for her family and her football and she would be happy knowing that she will still be close to Newcastle United.
