The youngster certainly enjoyed the experience and is now eyeing some big prizes for the team next season.
"It was a great experience. It is a team full of fantastic players who can all do special things, as they often do," Ambrose told the East Anglian Daily Times.
"I was looking forward to doing my stuff and they helped me to fit in straight away. They already seem to know what I need and how I play, which helps."
He added: "The manager has been brilliant with me, he takes me aside after training and tells me what he wants and what to work on.
"We want to go as far as we can in the Champions League and with the squad we have, we really feel we can win the Premier League and it could well happen in the very near future."
