Rafa Benitez believes April will be a 'crucial' month for Newcastle United during their race for Championship promotion.
Newcastle have seven games in the month of April hosting the likes of Leeds United and Burton Albion - while making lengthy trips to Ipswich Town and Cardiff City during a busy period of the season.
Newcastle currently sit top of the Championship but only remain one point ahead of league rivals Brighton & Hove Albion. The Spaniard hinted April would provide a clearer picture for teams competing for the Championship title.
Newcastle United's April fixture list for April consists of:
Wigan Athletic (Home) - 1st April
Burton Albion (Home) - 5th April
Sheffield Wednesday (Home) - 8th April
Leeds United (Home) - 15th April
Ipswich Town (Away) - Away
Preston North End (Home) - 22nd April
Cardiff City (Away) 29th April
The Tyneside club still have Rolando Aarons and Vurnon Anita ruled out through long term injuries.
Saturday's game against Wolves might come too soon for striker Dwight Gayle who has returned to training.
