Newcastle winger Christian Atsu has indicated he is expecting to make a permanent move away from Chelsea in the summer.
Atsu, 25, is on a season-long loan stay at St James' Park, his fifth loan move since joining Chelsea in 2013.
The Ghana international has never managed a Premier League appearance for his parent club and admits he could be set for a move away in the summer.
Atsu is set to return to the Newcastle squad at Wolves on Saturday after his Africa Cup of Nations campaign and the forward is keen to earn a permanent move to St James' Park.
"It is difficult for me and Chelsea," he told The Shields Gazette.
"You can see the kind of wingers they have. I have to keep working hard.
"I spoke with (Chelsea manager Antonio) Conte. He is a good manager, very serious in his work. I need to keep fighting for Newcastle and do well here."
He added: "I will be very happy if Chelsea win the Premier League and Newcastle get promoted."
