But Hamburg sporting director Frank Arnesen does not think the Dane will go to Germany.
Bendtner was left off Arsenal's tour of Asia in order for him to hold talks over his future.
Frank Arnesen: "We need more creativity in our offensive. A midfielder with quality would be good for us.
"Bendtner would be a real dream, he is a very interesting player.
