“It was a great occasion for me, personally, to play here.
“But we came away without any points, so it was disappointing.
“I don’t think we really deserved to get beat.
“They scored with their two main chances, but that’s what happens when you play against teams like City.
“They’ve got those sort of players.
“We competed with them for 90 minutes, and they only went 2-0 up at the end when we were pushing for an equaliser.
“We’ve got to take the positives out of it.”
