The Football Association have slapped a misconduct charge on them for failing to control their players.
The club were charged last month after the incident but a hearing will be scheduled by the FA in the next couple of weeks for Rovers to put their case.
Rovers won the match 1-0 with a late goal from Matt Derbyshire. But the flash pont occurred as Beye appeared to refuse to hand the ball to Pedersen for a throw-in.
Both players were booked in the ensuing melee.
