Bolton Fans Give Their Opinion Of Sam

Of course, many BW fans are sad to see Big Sam go but he is a first class,
ambitious manager so why not move on to fresh fields if it feels right?
We all do it .. I certainly did. We wish him well with this new
opportunity and feel sure he will do a good job for you at Newcastle.
Our hope, however, is that you do not poach our best staff and players.
We still need them. Every good wish to you all and Big Sam for next year.

Paul Ingham:I am a BWFC season ticket holder of some 30 years. I have
known Sam Allardyce since he first met his wife Lynne in his teens. She
lived acrooss the road from me.
When Sam took over at the club we were already a yo yo premiership team
and had recently moved into the Reebok. Sam took time to bed in and slowly
took the club to the dizzy heights we could only dream about.
It has been a team effort but Sam has lead from the front. All the squad worked for him, even the lazier players like Anelka & Diouff grafted.
We are now at the pinacle of our acheivments and I with many fans are expecting a major dip next season. You need a big personality to run a club the size of
Newcastle and with Sam you have that in abundance, he is ambitious and
will not accept second best. Give him 3 years and I am sure the success
you desire will arrive.
