United picked up Cacapa on a free transfer in the summer just when he was on the verge of going to Turkey and signing for Besiktas.
Cacapa: "I have no worries about going out there on Sunday.
"I have only been here a short while but I already know that the Newcastle fans are very fair and what happened against Portsmouth is now very much in the past.
"So too, I suppose, is the goal I scored in front of our fans against Spurs in October, but another one like that would not go amiss on Sunday."
Allardyce: "I'm just glad we have Claudio. He came here from Lyon as someone who was an almost an unknown in this country and he has been a massive bonus for us, especially with all his experience.
