John Carver, who can boast a 100% record as Newcastle Utd manager when he took charge of one game (v Blackburn Rovers) when Sir Bobby was booted out of SJP, is unhappy at the way his long association with the club came to an end back in June.
The 39-year-old is bringing two cases against his former bosses and a Case Management Discussion (CMD) was held before an employment tribunal chairman on Newcastle's Quayside yesterday. But he was not at the hearing as he was in France with Leeds United, where he is now a coach.
When the 72-year-old ex-England boss was mooted as the next manager of Hearts recently, it was reported Carver would be in line to join him.
