Kazenga Lua Lua: “It’s a very competitive division and the standard is really good.
“I had a great time at Doncaster.
“I wanted to play men’s football and not in the reserves. You want to test yourself against experienced defenders, and that’s why it was a good experience.
“In the Championship you don’t get much time on the ball. If you try anything stupid, you can get caught out.
“I was on the bench (for Newcastle) a few times last season. That was a good feeling, and it was good to have Alan Shearer in charge.
“We never thought we would see Newcastle in the Championship.
“But my dream is still to play for Newcastle United as a first-team player.
"The Doncaster fans were asking me if I would go back – I said ‘we’ll see what happens’.
“I have two and a half years left here. Anything can happen.
“I have been here a long time and I am happy.”
