Huddersfield beat Bournemouth 4-2 on penalties to reach the npower League One play-off final at Old Trafford on May 29.
Antony Kay held his nerve to smash home the winning penalty to extend the Terriers' unbeaten run to 27 matches and set up a showdown with MK Dons or Peterborough, who play on Thursday night.

"It was a magnificent game. This atmosphere tonight was as good as any I have experienced.
"These fans deserve something. The owner deserves something - he's a Huddersfield fan. His backing has been unbelievable. My fear was letting him down.
