As Premier League Newcastle United prepare to take on minnows Rochdale in an FA Cup third-round replay on Tuesday, we take a look at who are the North East club's biggest earners.
According to data on Capology and Spotrac, two online sports team and player contract websites, Brazilian striker Joelinton takes home an annual salary of £4.16 million, or the equivalent of £80,000 a week.
He is the highest earner, £5,000 a week more than Shelvey. And those two are well out in front.
Joelinton was signed for a club record £40 million last summer but has scored only one goal in 18 appearances.
Rochdale, who play in English football's third tier, will sense their chance of earning more bonus money if they can negotiate safe passage to the fourth round after holding Newcastle to a 1-1 draw at Spotland two weeks ago.
Their wages are hardy in the same ball park. But on Tuesday it is 11 v 11 and money won't come into it.
But for the record, Newcastle's third highest earner is Yoshinori Muto - £54,000.
Jack Colback (who has declared he will never play for Newcastle again - despite picking up his wages) is on the same money as the Newcastle skipper, and Dwight Gayle - £40,000.
Sean Longstaff, is supposedly on £692 per week, according to the Daily Mirror. Obviously appearance money will go on top. But all the same, that means Colback is making 57 TIMES more than the youngster.
