Cabaye has made it known he wants to return to England, and due to a sudden dip in form, the French club are ready to listen to offers.
Arsenal, Man Utd ans Spurs are all expected to show an interest in the former Newcastle man, but Spurs could be favourites because PSG want Christian Eriksen as Cabaye's replacement.
Such a deal may not suit the North London club, because they would be exchanging a player rather than adding to their squad.
Cabaye looks set for a return to the Premier League in January, just 12 months after leaving Newcastle, with PSG only hoping to recoup the £19m they spent on the midfielder at that time.
Eriksen has struggled to stamp his authority on the team, often being played out wide by Mauricio Pochettino.
But PSG manager Laurent Blanc has spoken of his admiration for the player.
Laurent Blanc: “Ajax have always had players I’ve liked enormously, some of whom have left.
"One of those is Eriksen, who now plays for Tottenham.”
