Siem de Jong: “I learned a lot at Ajax.
“I started as a young guy and grew into a captain and I think that changed me as a person.
“I think I can help players, and I also talked a lot with the trainer the last two years about how to play and he asked me a lot about what I thought about the team, so I hope I can build up that relationship here with the players and the trainer.
“Of course, I have to prove myself first and play well and then earn the trust of the trainer and the players.”
