France play Nigeria tomorrow in the knock-out stage of the World Cup where he could come up against former Toon team-mate Shola Ameobi.
Shola is looking for a new club, having left St James' Park this summer, and the pair could do their futures no harm by being involved in the fixture.
Arsenal have already been linked with 28-year-old Debuchy, as they seek a replacement for the departed Bacary Sagna.
But now Bayern Munich, Roma and Paris St Germain are also keeping tabs on the player who joined the club from Lille in January 2013 and is under contract with the Mapgies until 2018.
Debuchy has previously hinted he would like to be playing regular European club football, something Newcastle cannot offer him.
