The combative Brazilian born defender first came to prominence in England with his displays against Liverpool in last season’s Champions League and now claims to be keen on a move to the Premiership.
"I've always wanted to play in England because it is the best league in Europe and I love watching games from the English league on television," Turra is reported to have said.
"I am Brazilian but I have an Italian passport because I have family from a place called Beluno, near Padova. That could help me get a move to any European team."

"There isn't a striker in the world who worries me," he boasted.
"I played against a lot of world class strikers in the Champions League last year and this season's UEFA Cup.
"I played for example against Marcio Amoroso and Jan Koller of Dortmund, Luis Luizao from Hertha and Emile Heskey, and I controlled all of them.
"When we played Liverpool, coach Jaime Pacheco decided my duty was to stop Heskey from playing.
"I did a good job on him and we managed to get a 1-1 draw at Anfield."
