Robbie Savage: "I think the biggest threat to Chelsea will be from Manchester City, not on their pre-season form I know but you cannot have that many good players and not make a challenge.
"Liverpool will do better with Milan Jovanovic on the left and Joe Cole behind Torres with Gerrard and Kuyt, and Roy Hodgson is a good manager. Manchester United still need a couple more players - I think it's the first season that City finish above them. Chelsea will win it with Man City their biggest rivals.
"Blackpool and Newcastle would be my two favourites to go down.
"For Ian Holloway to get Blackpool in the Premier League was an incredible job. Not just winning the play-off, but the way they did it. He should have been manager of the year for me, however much Roy Hodgson achieved at Fulham. But this will be a step too far for him.
"I think Newcastle will go down, they were the stand-out team in our league but we beat them 3-0 at home and drew at their place.
"Unless they add ten or 12 squad players they could come down. I wasn't that impressed with them, although they ran away with the league, when we played them we absolutely battered them here and I think they will struggle."
