Kieron Dyer has failed a fitness test on his back injury and will miss the game at Ewood Park tomorrow. Brian Kerr has been drafted into the squad as cover, although either Jermaine Jenas or Hugo Viana will start the game alongside Gary Speed.
The England midfielder has no serious damage and should be available to face Juventus.
Andy O’Brien travels with the squad, but isn’t 100% certain play, Titus Bramble stands by.
Mixed news for Blackburn as well. Andy Cole and Damien Duff have been ruled out with hamstring injuries, but Dwight Yorke and David Dunn are fit to play.
