Dyer out of England squad

Dyer completed a full 90 minute's for Newcastle United in their 2-2 draw against Liverpool last night, but after the match his manager Sir Bobby Robson revealed that his shin splints were once again causing him problems

"Dyer has a problem I'm afraid, he's had a problem with his shin splints," explained Sir Bobby.

"He has been suffering a bit with the hard ground. He's considered extremely doubtful."
