Dyer raring to go

"I'm a lot fitter and sharper than I was in the World Cup, and while I accept that the opposition over here has not been the best, I feel that I am now back to my usual self which is obviously a good sign," Dyer told the Evening Chronicle yesterday.

"I didn't do myself justice in the World Cup but if there is something that came out of that it is the fact that I am not a winger.
