"Somebody has to eventually be able to get this team to play together. We should have qualified and we haven't - it's just unbelievable.
"England not being there takes the gloss off the tournament. It's always worth watching and I will watch the games, but it starts in the next week or so and I've hardly heard a thing about it!"
