Mike Ashley Uncovered: An Inside Out Special will be broadcast on BBC1 tonight at 10.25pm in the North-East and Cumbria ... and is set to show something of the man we at Newcastle have yet to see.
After a brief period of soaking up the fame when he first arrived at the club, Ashley has kept himself very much to himself, even staying away from St James' Park when the tension reached fever-pitch.
He refuses to be interviewed, and let's others do the talking for him, so much so even the national newspapers haven't managed to pin him down.
So what will tonight show us of the Geordie Howard Hughes?
According to The Star: "Mike Ashley is set to be rocked by claims that workers for his sports goods empire are paid around £1 a day.
"The programme’s investigators say South-East Asian workers who make clothes for the chain are paid £1 for a 12-hour shift.
"They also allege labourers sleep at the factory and do not get days off."
So - reading between the lines - it seems as though the TV programme is set to show us nothing that we didn't know already about Ashley ... but try and hammer him through his company.
I believe there is NO interview with the Toon owner, simply accusations because he sells certain brands of goods.
