Former Newcastle United forward Micky Quinn mocks Sunderland, who lost to Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Sunderland look doomed for relegation. The Black Cats are rooted to the foot of the Premier League table and appear set to go down to the Championship at the end of the season.
David Moyes’s side have picked up only 20 points from 31 matches, as many as 10 fewer than 17th-placed Hull City.
The Black Cats suffered yet another defeat at the weekend. Sunderland went down 3-0 to top-four chasing Manchester United at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Former Newcastle United forward Micky Quinn was following the match, and he has mocked Sunderland on social networking site Twitter.
Quinn suggested that the Premier League should automatically relegate Sunderland as it is only a matter of time before relegation is officially confirmed for the Black Cats.

Newcastle got relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2015-16 campaign, but they are doing quite well in the Championship this season.
