Feyenoord warm up with a 2-0 win

Feyenoord moved up to third in the Eredivisie with a 2-0 win over FC Zwolle, thanks to two goals in three second-half minutes from Shinji Ono and Mariano Bombarda.

In Serie A, Juventus won their top of the table clash with AC Milan 2-1, thanks to early goals from Marco Di Vaio and Lilian Thuram. They now lie second in the table, one point behind Inter.

Dynamo Kyiv maintained their fourth place in the Ukrainian Premier League by beating title rivals Dnipro 1-0, with a goal from Goran Gavrancic.

The Juventus team to face Milan was: Buffon; Thuram, Ferrara (Fresi 87), Iuliano (Moretti 69), Birindelli, Camoranesi, Tacchinardi, Davids, Nedved, Del Piero, Di Vaio (Zalayeta 69).

Subs (not used): Chimenti, Baiocco, Zambrotta, Salas
