Sanchez, who quit Northern Ireland to become full-time Fulham boss after a five-match trial at the end of last season, believes N'Zogbia could be surplus to Sam Allardyce's requirements on Tyneside.
N'Zogbia had an uncomfortable relationship with previous Toon manager Glenn Roeder, but Allardyce said he would give him a chance.
However, it is rumoured Big Sam would listen to offers as he has a wealth of talent in midfield and Charlie is down the pecking order.
