The Chronicle reports: "A racially-aggravated attack, drink-fuelled disorder and breaching a banning order landed the 39-year-old in the dock during his four-year campaign of chaos.
"Now the nuisance Newcastle fan has been handed a three-year banning order after he threatened to crash Tyneside’s Olympic party.
"Denison, who was handed a three-year football banning order in 2008, was refused entry to Newcastle’s clash with Tottenham in August.
"But, drunk and staggering, he somehow slipped into the Leazes End before being arrested.
"It came less than a month after he crashed Mexico’s game with South Korea and was arrested by police for being drunk and disorderly.
"Now Denison, of Baxter Avenue, Fenham, has admitted attempting to enter St James’ Park while drunk on July 26 and August 18 and has been handed a three-year banning order and a 12-month conditional discharge. Denison was among dozens of fans arrested by police in November 2008 when derby day disorder spilled onto the pitch at the Stadium of Light with supporters brawling and missiles being thrown.
"Police arrested Denison outside the ground for being drunk and disorderly and just days later he was fined and given a three-year banning order.
"But in 2010, despite being forbidden from entering Newcastle city centre on match days, was found leaping in celebration after Newcastle thumped Sunderland 5-1.
"He was arrested as some of the celebrations began to turn sour and he was pulled away from a mob of rowdy fans celebrating on Westgate Road.
"He later told officers he couldn’t resist breaking his ban to join in the party after the victory earlier that day. In his latest arrest, he was caught by officers before Newcastle’s 2-1 triumph over Tottenham on August 18."
