Newcastle's midfield stood there like ghosts as Fulham ran the show on Saturday, and Mohamed Diame was so bad ... I wouldn't have paid his wages if I was owner!
As for Colback ... don't even get me started with him!
It probably sums it up that the player with by far the highest rating from fans, only arrived from the subs bench for the last half hour.
Daryl Murphy (6.7) looking a class above the others supposedly trying to score and create goals.
Of those who started, Ciaran Clark (5.0) and Karl Darlow (4.2) were seen as being the players least at fault, the midfielders and full-backs giving them little or no protection/help.
Another substitute in Jesus Gamez (4.9) was actually the recipient of the third highest rating.
As for the other nine starters, it was a tale of woe.
Four player rated below 3.0, with the worst of the lot being Mohamed Diame (1.9).
Not any/much better were Jack Colback (2.5) who was shocking in midfield, whilst Vurnon Anita (2.4) was taken apart by 16 year old Ryan Sessegnon.
Captain Jamaal Lascelles (2.7) once again had a game to forget and on top of his own failings, completely failed to inspire those around him.
Of the five other players who registered over 3.0, Matt Ritchie (3.7) was the best of a bad bunch – some decent work rate but zero inspiration.
Christian Atsu (3.2), Jonjo Shelvey (3.1) and Paul Dummett (3.1) also having a game to forget.
A big improvement across the board needed, if Newcastle are to get back on track.
