Chris Hughton: "What the supporters here are doing is showing their appreciation with their feet.
"It works both ways. We have a group of lads who certainly want to do it for this crowd.
"The support has been brilliant, but the lads are focused enough to want to do it for themselves.
"They have a point to prove. They don't feel they have to prove they are good enough to be in the Premier League, but they want to take this team and group of individuals back into the Premier League.
"They're a passionate crowd, and, at times, when things haven't gone so well, they'll let you know.
"That's normal for football crowds. Chelsea were booed off not that long ago, and they're top of the league.
"You expect it and supporters pay money in hard times to watch their team, and they're entitled to an opinion.
"They'll show what they feel, and when you are winning, they get behind their team and give 100 per cent."
