There could be serious damage to his hamstring, but by coming off immediately after feeling a strain during Wednesday's 2-0 win over Crystal Palace, he may have got away with it.
Chris Hughton: "Of course, it is a concern.
"Jose has felt his hamstring - the only good news is that he came off straight away, so he certainly wouldn't have done any extra damage.
"We hope that has helped but we won't know more until the morning and it's one we'll have to assess."
