Chris Hughton: "It's business as usual. It's become obvious when there's something to say, I'll be told, and the reason I haven't been told anything, is that there isn't anything definite to tell me.
"We get used to that – it's daily now. There's a different story about who's going to takeover, and when. We just put that behind us – we're used to it now.
"The best way to approach that is to keep doing the job I'm doing. I've continually stated I'll do it for as long as I'm asked.
"The most important thing for me is results, and keeping the team at this end of the table. Everything around that, for me, comes second, and when there are definite things to be said, they'll be said."
