Chris Hughton: "We go into the game in confident form – that goes without saying – but we're very, very conscious of what a good team these are.
"They're a very well-organised team, and they have a lot of quality. I see this as every bit as hard as the Sunderland game.
"Football will always be results-based.
"There's always a feelgood factor when results are going well, and there's a little bit of doom and gloom when things are not going well.
"They're the emotions you have to ride. When you're on a good run, you have to continue.
"There'll be periods of the season when things aren't going well, and you're losing a few games, and that's when your players have to be resilient and work hard.
"You can't allow poor results to get to you, and you can't get carried away with winning games, because the next one is equally hard.
"You have to put in the performance you did in the last game, or there's every chance you might not win the game."
