Neither have made their international debut, but the future looks bright for them both. Pattison won a call-up to represent his country, South Africa, last November, and Troisi has been invited to join the Australian squad for their fixture against Denmark.
Pattison has targeted the African Cup of Nations in Ghana next year to spearhead his international career. Only 20 but he is rated highly by former Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira, now in charge of the South African national team.
Pattison: "I was injured when we were meant to be playing Egypt in the Nelson Madela Cup. But I am hoping to get picked for the qualifiers."
Troisi will join the Australian squad in London, where they will be based before they play the Danes at Loftus Road on Tuesday February 6th.
Both these countries want to tie down the kids before they make a mark in the Premiership and look for other options. Similar to Lomana Lua Lua during his Newcastle days. He had options of several countries but the Congo capped him when he was a teenager.
