Ferreyra said he had to leave Shakhtar because of the conflict in eastern Ukraine which has englufed the city of Donetsk.
However, the Argentinian, nicknamed “Chucky”, will have to return to his parent club if, as expected, he is not offered a permanent deal at Newcastle.
