Kinnear: "Players are expressing themseleves to each other more than when I arrived here.
"There was the quiet bunch, the reasonably talkative bunch and a few noisy ones, whereas at Wimbledon, everybody voiced an opinion.
"We had a back four in which all four of them spoke to each other; we had a midfield who spoke to each other and we had strikers who did, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
"You can't play football without information on the pitch unless you have the 11 best players in the world.
"But when you have to organise, somebody has to pass on information because things change so quickly."
