Joe Kinnear: "Jonas is a good runner and delivers the ball well. He's got good lungs, and he's a 90-minute player.

"One would love to have him back, but it's just that he hasn't been tested on his shoulder, and that's my concern.

"He's desperate to play, and he's a great character. I've only been here 10 minutes, but I can only analyse great players. He has got lovely stride hasn't he?

"He is very direct and has lots of ability. Jonas is a great player."
