Keegan: "When we lost the championship to Manchester United in 1995-96 and finished second, people thought we got beat 4-3 every week.
"People's memories don't always serve them well. A lot of people come up and say to me they were at both games when we lost 4-3 at Liverpool, and I always say, 'I wasn't'.
"I only went to the first one - I wasn't manager for the second one.
"The memory says we kept scoring three and losing 4-3, but if you look at the facts, they don't back that up."
