Kevin Keegan: "They're not low on confidence, but a win at any football club is vital.
"The longer you go without a win, the more it gives everybody from outside the chance to chip away at you, and that's what's been happening.
"They're a strong bunch and they've been able to keep picking themselves up. We keep coming in on a Monday and trying to think, 'what do we do this week to pick them up'.
"When you get beaten 5-1 at home - harshly I think - against Manchester United, what do you do to pick them up?
"We've been able to pick them up pretty easily, because they've been able to pick themselves up.
"I think this week hasn't been as bad as any other week because the performance against Blackburn was terrific, it was just the result that didn't go for us, we were very, very unlucky.
"Players take some satisfaction from that. They obviously don't like getting beaten, but they know we should have won that game.
"We played really well, we did a lot of the things we want to do, we had the lion's share of the play and we certainly created a lot of chances. And they know that on another day the people who got those chances would put them away."
