Newcastle United fans will be delighted to hear that one of their loanees is enjoying their time at the club and has opened up to the possibility of joining them on a permanent deal.
Since arriving from Chelsea in January, Kenedy has been one of the Magpies key men in their quest to survive the drop from the Premier League and has benefited from playing regular first-team football.
He found it difficult to break into the Blues’ senior side, having made just a handful of appearances but seems to have found his feet under Rafa Benitez.
Newcastle look set to remain in the top-flight next season following their impressive run in 2018, and the Brazilian has contributed with more than his fair share, having scored twice and assisting a further two.
The 22-year-old has recently opened up about his time in the North-East and has admitted that he enjoys life on Tyneside.
“I am enjoying my time at Newcastle, but obviously I have a contract at Chelsea. If something occurs then I will be more than happy, it is a good place for me. I like it. The fans are crazy!” he told the Daily Mail.
However, a number of the locals will be concerned about his price-tag, with Kenedy jokingly revealing he believes he would cost more than £25million.
