"Taylor gets down one side and gets the penalty, and Enrique caused them all sorts of problems in the second half.
"It was a game I felt we could have won. We stuck in there first half, and were magnificent in the second half.
"I'm pleased with the second-half performance considering the players we had out.
"We'd have loved to have had Joey Barton, Michael Owen and Habib Beye still on board.
"It would have been game, set and match. We'd be a force for any team.
"When you've not got those players, you've got to make sure the people replacing them are up for a fight as well."
