Carroll has been told an allegation he assaulted lingerie model Laurie Henderson following a night out has been dropped.
The England and United No 9 was arrested in October at a plush house in the exclusive Darras Hall estate near Ponteland on the outskirts of Newcastle.
He was held in police cells overnight and questioned.
At the time it was claimed Laurie had caught the Gateshead-born striker with another woman.
And an allegation was then made he assaulted the 18-year-old.
The incident was said to have happened after Carroll enjoyed a night out with friends in Newcastle following the team’s 2-2 draw with Wigan Athletic on October 17.
The footballer appeared at Hexham Magistrates’ Court the following day charged with assault. His solicitor successfully argued Carroll should be granted bail.
Magistrates however imposed conditions which included the provision he live with club captain Kevin Nolan.
