Former Aussie coach Farina: "I made no secret of the fact I wanted to sign Moore for next season so naturally it is a bit disappointing for us.
"Unfortunately, we were not able to come up with what was required and as a coach I can only ask the question of the board of directors. I totally respect their decision and we move on, it is as simple as that.
"Craig is a quality player, a good leader, and would have been great for us - but if we cannot do it, we cannot do it. We will continue to look for the right player to fill that gap."
