Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp has leapt to the defence of former assistant boss Kevin Bond
Bond has been sacked by Newcastle without Glenn Roeder even being consulted, which in itself, asks a few questions.
At no point during the programme did Bond discuss receiving illegal payments, and he is ready to go to court to demand full transcripts from the BBC to prove his innocence.
Redknapp: "You'd not meet a straighter fella than Kevin. He's a fantastic coach, a real football man.
"It would never enter his mind to do anything wrong, never ever. If he's got one fault maybe it's he's too nice a guy."
