Newcastle United have launched their new Puma away and third kits for the 2020/21 season, following on from the launch of the Magpies’ new home kit last month.
The Toon will be using yellow as an away colour for the first time since 2013/14, featuring a patterned design and dark blue stripe across the top of the shoulders. The shade of yellow itself is described as ‘fizzy’, while the shirt features a button neck.
The away kit is paired with a ‘pink glimmer’ goalkeeper strip.

The third kit also makes use of ‘fizzy yellow’ as a trim colour, contrasting the vibrant main ‘violet prism’ colour. The design draws inspiration from the Tyne Bridge, with the graphic pattern a nod to the steelwork of the iconic structure that spans the city’s famous river.
The goalkeeper shirt that goes with the third kit is ‘cyber yellow’.
FUN88 continues as the primary sponsor for a fourth consecutive season following the July announcement of a new multi-year partnership with the online casino and bookmaker.
Newcastle have already worn their new 2020/21 home kit, completing the 2019/20 Premier League campaign in the new jerseys when they faced Liverpool at St James’ Park on the final day.
Compared to the thick-striped 2019/20 home jersey, the new release incorporates much thinner black and white stripes. But it still retains the classic Newcastle look and is paired with black shorts and black socks, the latter of which will also feature a white hoop.
The home shirt is already available to buy, while the new away and third kits are immediately available to pre-order and on sale from 17 August.
