Newcastle are looking to avoid consecutive Premier League defeats as they travel to Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
The Magpies are fresh from defeat at home to Liverpool last time out, although can rest easy knowing they're on course for a mid-table finish after proving to be one of the top flight's most in-form sides since the turn of the year; ten victories in their previous 15 Premier League outings is evidence enough of the fantastic work Eddie Howe has done at the club.
A trip to Manchester City comes at the perfect time too - you know what's happened to Pep Guardiola's side. Here's how Howe could opt to set his men up.
1. Newcastle predicted lineup vs Manchester City (4-3-3)
GK: Martin Dubravka - It took him a while to recapture his starting spot after an injury-enforced absence at the start of the campaign, but he's set for a 24th consecutive Premier League start here.
RB: Emil Krafth - Has done a solid job in deputising for Kieran Trippier and, although the Englishman has resumed training, Krafth will continue in the side.
CB: Jamal Lascelles - After being forced off against Liverpool, Fabian Schar will likely miss out on this one, so Lascelles should come into the fold.
CB: Dan Burn - Must be in dreamland at the moment, starring for his thriving boyhood club.
LB: Matt Targett - Visibly enjoying his loan at Newcastle, and should be in line for yet another start after yet another solid outing last time out.
CM: Joelinton - Might be pushed back into midfield after the likes of Joe Willock failed to impress last time out.
CM: Jonjo Shelvey - Wasn't at his best by any stretch against Liverpool, either, but is visibly a favourite under Howe.
CM: Bruno Guimaraes - Has instantly become a favourite among the Toon faithful and, with three goals and an assist in his previous four league outings, will surely retain his spot.
RW: Miguel Almiron - Has done well in Ryan Fraser's absence and, with the Scotsman still sidelined, he will certainly retain his place in the front line.
ST: Chris Wood - Could come back into this side to really give his side a proper focal point against such fantastic centre-backs.
LW: Allan Saint-Maximin - Has been hit and miss for large stretches of this campaign but the cult figure can so easily turn on the style.
