No Compensation For Owen Injury?

Newcastle will NOT receive compensation from the FA for Michael Owen's latest injury while playing for England - unless the striker's thigh strain keeps him out for more than 28 days.
That, apparently, is how the land lies and is the same for every England player.
But Alan Shearer says the injury is not one to rush. The Toon legend says it could take six weeks for Owen to be back in action.
