"But they didn't, they stuck by us, and I'm pleased for them as much as the players. It was important not to drop our heads.
"We've been working on a few things, and going behind wasn't in the script. I asked them to stay calm, and they did that. They had the belief.
"(The fans) went home happy, but sorry to sound negative, there's still another two games to be played.
"Yes, we have given ourselves a fantastic chance of staying up and yes we will get belief and confidence out of this game. Now we have to do it again on Saturday."
