“But that’s what I have to do, and at the moment I have no problem doing it because the discipline in the group is terrific.
“We’ve worked hard to make sure that discipline is there, and we’re getting the rewards.
“Tim Krul getting great coverage in front, not just from the back four, but from the midfield and the front two.
“They’re all working hard to make sure that we win, and we’ve not always had that.
“Last year we had a few problems with that, but we’ve put it right.
“Everybody knows now that going forward, if we work as hard as we have been working, flair can come through, quality to come through, and you win games.”

It's official - Ryan Taylor has NOT suffered a major setback to his career after being forced off against Queens Park Rangers.
But he will be out for six weeks!
Taylor has fought back from two cruciate ligament injuries and feared the worst as left the field in tears.
