We all know Newcastle can’t stop Ba leaving due to a release clause in his contract which kicks in if any club tables a £7.5m bid.
And I'm sure the speculation will continue throughout the summer, putting Pardew (and Newcastle Utd) in a spot.
We suffered when Andy Carroll moved to Liverpool on the final day of the transfer market, leaving Pardew no time to find a genuine replacement.
